
Three suggestions for St. Nicolas dinner
It’s up to you how to celebrate St. Nicolas day and with what kind fish – we can try to help with two traditional Bulgarian tastes – one from the Black Sea and one from the Danube, both specific with the spices growing in the regions – lovage and tarragon and one Italian spice mix based on a fennel, perfect for baking whole fish, especially Mediterranean ones like sea bass and sea bream.
