HAVSNØ sea salt
HAVSNØ sea salt comes from a small salt factory on the Norwegian Atlantic island of Gossa. A small family business extracts an exceptional sea salt from the depths of the clean and cold Atlantic waters. Havsnø can be translated as snow of the sea and that describes well the fine salt flakes that melt on the tongue like snowflakes
Havsnø sea salt is the ideal finger salt for table salting, seafood, fish, pasta, salads, antipasti or beef steaks.

Bamboo salt
Bamboo salt was originally created by Korean monks who baked natural sea salt in bamboo tubes. Not just once, but nine times. They also believed the salt to have healing properties, thanks to the high mineral content. The bake at 1 000-1 500 °C results in a very fine powder like salt that has a strong salty taste, yet remains mild to the palate.
Bamboo salt is a rare and valuable product, which is well suited to raw vegetables, as well as rice and Asian dishes.

Flor de Sal Algarve
Algarve Flor de Sal is harvested in the short period from June to September in the salt pans of the Ria Formosa and Sapal do Castro Marim nature reserves in southern Portugal. Only in good weather with a light breeze, does a thin layer of salt begin to form on the surface of the salt fields. Then experienced salt workers carefully skim off the salt blossoms by hand before they sink to the bottom of the salt works forever.
Fleur de Sel has a soft, slightly crisp consistency and can be easily grated between the fingers. For many top chefs, Fleur de Sel is the true queen of all table salts, mild in taste, crispy in consistency and enriched with a wealth of vital minerals and trace elements.

Kala Namak salt
Kala Namak salt is used in Indian cuisine as a spice. Due to the high content of hydrogen sulfide and iron, Kala Namak salt gets its special fragrance, similar to that of eggs. In India it is used in fruit salads, chutneys, chaats or in Raitas.
Kala Namak salt is recommended for vegetables and exotic fruits, as well as fish, fruit juice drinks and all vegetarian and vegan meals. Among vegans, the it is especially appreciated at the table for its egg-like taste.

African pearl salt
African pearl salt comes from the purest deep icy waters of the Antarctic and is harvested along the coast of Namibia under the scorching African sun. It borders the oldest desert in the world – the Namib, which consists of 1 600 km of protected Namibian coastline with large untouched landscapes. The African salt pearls are formed in salt pans, located in protected areas which are a paradise for bird and nature lovers.
Through their hard structure, salt pearls are perfect for salt mills and are an excellent alternative to the coarse sea salt.

Guérande sea salt
The famous Guérande sea salt has been harvested for over 2 000 years by the salt farmers of Brittany in the old tradition. The salt fields are made of greyish-blue clay. It releases important minerals and trace elements to the salt crystal and gives this Atlantic sea salt its unique greyish colour and unmistakable taste.
The Guérande sea salt with its strong salt note goes well with many dishes and is very universal.

Kalahari Desert salt
Kalahari desert salt comes from the Kalahari Desert where it is hand harvested from a natural lake, before being dried in the sun and then packaged. It is free of impurities and hardy, good quality salt. Contains many minerals and trace elements. It is one of the oldest – over 300 million years old.
Kalahari desert salt is very universal. Use it for cooking, baking, salads, vegetables, meat or fish.
