A traditional Indian blend of whole and crushed spices for preparing tea that will not only be extremely aromatic and delicious, but will also naturally support your immune system and relieve flu and cold symptoms.

    Culinary Use

    In order to prepare tea, pour 1 tablespoon of the chai masala spices in a saucepan heated at low to medium temperature and dry roast them for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour 1 liter of water and after boiling reduce heat to minimum and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the tea from the heat and add milk and honey/sugar (optional).

    Chai masala spices are also suitable for making aromatic syrups to add to cocktails, creams, desserts, glazes, coffee drinks and lattes.
