    Mexican citrusy salsa with ancho and chipotle

    • 40 g ancho flakes
    • 40 g chipotle flakes
    • 400 ml freshly squeezed juice from lime, orange, grapefruit, lemon, ets.
    1. Squeeze 400 ml of fresh citrus juice - mix of lime, orange, grapefruit, lemon.
    1. In a large enough pot, mix the chili flakes and the freshly squeezed juice.
    2. Add salt and mix well.
    3. Wait for the flakes to hydrate well - until they absorb most of the juice.
    4. Transfer the salsa to a jar or other tightly closed container and store in the refrigerator.
