Aleppo chili flakes

Flakes from Aleppo pepper, originating from the ancient city of Aleppo in Syria, where it has been cultivated for centuries. With its moderate heat level it adds a touch of zest, smokiness and warmth to dishes across the Middle East and Mediterranean. Those seedless flakes are ideal for sprinkling on soups, salads, hummus, baba ghanoush, muhammara, grilled meats and vegetables.
Aleppo pepper is also known as pul biber in Turkey, and in Armenia, it's called Halebi bibar.
