African pearl salt

African pearl salt is a unique product, formed by the purest deep icy waters of the Antarctic that reach the shores of Namibia to be transformed into perfect crystals under the intense African sun. These salt pearls are created within protected areas along a 1,600-kilometer coastline bordering the world’s oldest desert—the Namib. The region is an ecological sanctuary of untouched wilderness, where crystal-clear ocean water naturally crystallizes in salt pans located in habitats home to rare bird species.
